Write a menu people can follow
Separate the greeting, each option and the closing line. For example: Thank you for calling. Press one for status. Press two to repeat. Keep the same action words throughout the menu so listeners do not have to decode a new phrasing for every option.
Spell menu digits as words. Generate each option as a separate file if the player or caller can interrupt the menu, then add the silence between prompts in the destination application.

The preset starts at Speed 86, Pitch 58, Mouth 95 and Throat 105. Try Speed 96 when the choices feel rushed, or 78 for a shorter announcement. Keep Mouth and Throat fixed while checking timing.
The preset changes synthesis parameters. It does not apply a telephone codec, a band-pass filter or room reverb. If you add those effects after export, compare the final message at the level and speaker size your audience will use.
Download and reuse the result
Generate the line, listen, then choose Download WAV. The current exporter produces mono, 22,050 Hz, 8-bit PCM WAV. It downloads generated speech, not a Windows installer or a voice package.
Keep a dry original before trimming or adding effects. If your editor or game requires 44.1 or 48 kHz, convert a copy there. Changing the format does not restore detail absent from the original synthesis. Copy Link preserves the text and four settings so you can reopen the take.
Which voice engine is used here?
This tool uses sam-js, a JavaScript port of Software Automatic Mouth. Microsoft Sam and Software Automatic Mouth are different speech systems. Labels such as Mike, Mary and RoboSoft identify this site's parameter presets; they do not load the original Microsoft or SAPI4 voice binaries.

How do I make the menu slower?
Increase Speed from 86 toward 96, then preview the whole prompt. Add exact pauses in your editor if timing matters.
Can I add phone static here?
The generator creates the speech source. Add noise and filtering after downloading the WAV.
